A person answers

Nearly half the reviews are not about the print. They are about the reply: the message that came back the same evening, the preview sent before anything was printed, the background colour argued over for twenty minutes. That is the part that does not scale, and it is the part being kept.

From start to finish Jonathan was super helpful and couldn’t do enough for me, including helping me decide the final background colour choice.

He sent me a preview before printing to ensure I was happy… I’ve sent the link to my brother as I know he’d like it too.

Even the stats are an exact match to the car. I’m a very happy customer.

The bit that gets mentioned

Before anything gets printed

The builder changed how the picking works, not how the checking works. Every order still gets looked at by eye before it goes to the printer, and if something is off, the message comes before the parcel does.

Order noteCould the grey be a bit darker? It’s Nardo on the actual car and this looks a bit light on my phone.
JonathanPhone screens run warm, so here it is at the real code, and one a shade under. Say which and I’ll send it through tonight.
ReplySecond one. That’s exactly it.

An illustration of how an order usually goes, not a customer’s message.

No proof cycle, still a proof

The builder means you do not wait three days to see your car in your colour. It is on screen while you choose it. What it does not remove is the person on the other end. Ask a question and you get an answer, not a ticket number.

Your car, in your colour

Pick the model, type the registration, choose the paint. It repaints as you go, and what you see is what ships.
